| - Lots of issues this go around and I brought it to the front desk's attention, however I was provided with a simple,
"I'm sorry."
First, we had very noisy neighbors.
Second, our T.V. Remote was not functional, was provided with another one and it still didn't work!
Third, the temperature in the room was flaky. It was like they knew when people would be in and out of their rooms so it got really cold during the day even though I had it on 75, and then would kick on at around 4pm. This was horrible as I was freezing!! Considering they have 1/4 of the sheets and comforter tucked under the bed, so basically I froze!
Fourth, upon check out I was never asked "how was my stay?" This was the same guy that checked me out, the last time I was here.
Honestly, I loved this place. However, quality wise, there is definitely some room for improvement!
