  • I've been going to this location for many years. Service is usually decent although they try to sell me a new air filter every time I go in because it has some dust on it. I always get full synthetic which is expensive. The last two times I went on JiffyLube.com and printed out coupons for $15 off full synthetic for this specific location. Both times the coupon failed to go through. This last visit they used another code for $10 off. I don't blame the folks working here for the coupon failing to go through, but they acted like I was trying to scam them. So I pulled it up on my phone real time and same code came up. After I got home I emailed the "Contact Us" on the corporate site and received a prompt response that Heartland owns this location and they forwarded my complaint to them. Never heard back from them, so I guess it is time to find another location to get my service. I don't want to have to deal with these hassles every visit.
