Have been shopping here for 25 years. Produce is excellent but as I used to spend all our allotted food budget here, now only 10 percent. I have always been disappointed in the surly customer service. No one smiles or says hello, except for two of the cashiers. Otherwise, I would probably stop going for good. There is lots of choice in the neighborhood at and way better prices too. The first rule of retailing is be nice to the customer. A recent example, they charged me $7.00 for two small ears of corn. When I went back the next day, not a word from the cashier. Then she reversed the charge but made sure to charge me the 59 cents each for the corn I had bought. Considering I had to traipse back to the store for the correction you'd think they would have not still charged me for the two 59 cent corns. That's what Longos or Loblaws would do. I would have even been happy with sorry, our mistake, but nothing. Shame on you Concord. And you know your customers will spread the word
