  • Planet Nissan's customer service still surpasses everyone that I've seen anywhere. The whole team worked together to make my experience a great one. First, I was greeted by Randell, he was friendly, and professional. He then took me to my service agent, Jared. Jared listened to me, and was thorough with everything I requested to get looked at. He also gave me a reasonable time frame. The cashier, Raven, was friendly and nice, and made sure the other customers had cold water, fresh coffee, and delicious doughnuts for those of us waiting. The salesman, Daniel that I gave a great review for, remembered me from Jan when we bought our car, and followed up for me. Like I wrote before, Daniel genuinely goes above and beyond to ensure that he gives the best customer service. Lastly, I had a question about the work that was done so I can be more aware, and the mechanic Rueben took a few minutes to explain everything to me. Once again, Planet Nissan gives their best to show that they got their best always working. THANK YOU!!!
