| - Walgreens as a company is great and always satisfies my needs as a customer. This review is strictly on the experience my boyfriend and I had at this location. We went in to grab some batteries, and got up to the counter. Marcy, the cashier, wouldn't acknowledge us, and continued talking to the co-worker next to her (not a big deal) but when she did finally greet us she had a horrible attigtude in her voice, acting as though we were causing her an inconvenience. She told us the price of the batteries and asked us if we had a rewards number, my boyfriend was confused about the price, and with a snotty voice she said, "DO YOU HAVE A REWARDS NUMBER MAYBE THAT WILL BRING DOWN THE PRICE". He put in the number and the price stayed the same so he wanted to double check himself but Marcy said no she would check and scoffed and went to the batteries then yelled back to register "10 PACK OF DURACELL BATTERIES ARE 10.95 LIKE IT SAID!" Very unprofessional. I get it, I work in customer service myself, and it was getting towards the end of the night but there's still a way you need to act while working and checking out customers. Extremely rude and considered calling back for the manager but decided to let it roll of my shoulders instead. Please teach your older employees that they still need to show respect towards younger customers, and consider retraining Marcy in customer service skills.
