  • While preparing to leave town on a long road trip, our refrigerator started leaking water under the crisper drawers and on shelves. We mopped it up and thought it was fine, only to have it happen again. After some research, we figured out what the likely problem was and knew we couldn't leave town. On Saturday night we texted John, hoping maybe he could come early Monday so we could still go on our trip. He responded immediately via text to say he'd come by Sunday morning for no extra charge. He came, fixed the problem, and even bent a piece of copper wire and placed it so the problem wouldn't happen again. John was our Sunday miracle, and we're preparing to go on our trip. We'll call him whenever we have any appliance problems, no hesitation!
