This company is absolutely terrible to work with. We were charged for an outdoor parking space and a 2nd unit for months after we canceled them, and only found the problem because we brought it to the attention attention of Life Storage.
Beyond that, after we had a credit card fraud cause our payment to fail (card on fail was now canceled), we spoke with a representative over the phone and gave them our new card number for payment. The next month we were charged $50 in late fees because the new card we provided wasn't added to the system for some reason. I requested to speak with a manager and was told that wasn't possible. I requested to have a manager contact me and they said they'd let the manager know. I never received a phone call.
I will happily recommend ANY storage unit in the country over any LifeStorage-owned property and I wish I could give Life Storage negative stars. Stay far away.
