  • Katie is a genius. I just had my first wax that wasn't on my face, and she was AMAZING. I watched videos and read what to do, how to prep, etc, but it was completely unnecessary. I literally had no pain (no preemptive Advil or anything!) yelped only once out of surprise. 3 hours later and fees like nothing even happened. She is talkative and kind, and didn't make me uncomfortable about anything. She was also gracious telling me about the cheap ingrown hair solution she uses from Target, no sales pitch for lotions from their store (in fact I'm not sure I even saw anything for sale?). Having just moved back from San Francisco, the salon is lovely and stylish with many private rooms and a few chairs side by side for eyebrows. Cutest part: when I left very pleased, she said EMPOWERING women is her favorite part of her job! Not only will I return, but am looking forward to it!
