  • I'm only giving them two stars is because they carry synthetic hair for braiding. They have broadened their scope of what they carry over the last two years , however , the customer service is poor, poor , poor. They don't care if you are a frequent customer, they don't care if you return. The girls who work the counter look miserable and are not customer oriented. I'm not a person who asks for a lot... only for you to be helpful and faux friendly. The poor girls can't even do that. I went in there one night after my phone died and didn't realize it was close to their closing time, while my other half was in Trader Joe's. It was 5:58 and they screamed at me when I opened the door. I apologized and went in Trader Joe's and looked at my boyfriends phone and checked the time. I was pissed. The only reason I return is because I don't feel like trekking to the east side to visit other beauty stores
