I'm writing in hopes that the business will learn and improve from losing a regular customer.
I really liked this nail salon. They usually do a great job with my acrylics! I've been going here for over a year, but over time I've noticed that every time I go in, I am charged a different amount for the same service. The last time I was in, I looked around and did not see a list of pricing posted. On my way out I grabbed a brochure, and I was disappointed to see that I had been over charged for my service.
I understand that sometimes prices change, however if there is a reason for a price increase, I would hope that a business would inform its customers. It is unethical for a business to change its pricing on a daily basis and not inform the patrons.
I'm including a photo of their brochure so that others can be informed of their advertised prices.
I'm in the market for a new nail salon because I feel disappointed and taken advantage of. Poor business practices.
