I really wish I could rate this company higher like everyone else but I can't. Eric was on time and nice. However, the tint job they did on my new car (only 400 miles and 1.5 weeks old) just is not acceptable. I would go elsewhere if you have a car that you really appreciate and plan on taking great care of. First off, both of my quarter panels have a lot of little scratches all over the jet black paint. This was in the areas where Eric was leaning over to cut the rear window. Most of these are vertical which is consistent with someone leaning over the 1/4 panel instead of just walking by. I tried to buff them but I don't have a strong enough polishing compound so had to order some tougher stuff. This probably would not have been noticeable on another color car but the color shouldn't matter. Some sort of protection or care should be taken on all vehicles.
My car has windows that roll down a little when the doors are open so Eric told me to wait a few hours to open the doors. Fair enough even though I wanted to check the inside as well. Sure enough, the rear package tray is all scraped up and I was unable to fix it. Again, this car has 400 miles, has never had anyone in the back seat, and has never seen a car wash. I do all of my own detailing so know that none of these scratches were there as I checked the car out before he started tinting as I always do before leaving my car in the hands of someone else. The paint scratches I should be able to get out, the package tray trim I'm not so sure of. I tried a few techniques and got no results.
I feel that Eric should treat the cars he works on like he would treat his own but I didn't get that. If you have a car that you see as just a way to get from point a to point b, I'm sure this is adequate. But if you appreciate your car that you worked hard to get and you want to keep it looking great, I would go elsewhere. There are other reviews on here about car damage.
