Well let's see. Where to start.... They don't return phone calls. Lawn care is non existent. When you call maintenance that a/c is broken and its 95 in your house - no response. Continual emails that you owe a balance, even though you pay early. if you want to pay online there is a fee. No one actually maintains the portal website. No upkeep on physical property.
After my lease is up - I'm out.
