  • I wanted to buy a Stetson for my fiance for his birthday so the two of us went to Heritage Hats after reading the glowing Yelp reviews. After chatting a bit we learned that the owner, Rich, is very knowledgeable and has been in the business for over 30 years - so we felt like we came to the right place! Rich helped us decide which hat style fit the best, how to reshape the hat with steam, brush etc. There are no pushy sales or any pressure whatsoever - the shopping experience was comfortable and amicable. This was our first time to the store and certainly not our last. We traveled from Ahwautukee and can say it's worth the trip!!
