rev:text	I got a groupon for a 1 hour massage last night. Unfortunately this morning, I am feel more sore than i did before i went - my body actually hurts in certain areas. Service The receptionist and masseuse were nice, although it was quite hard to understand the receptionist on the phone because of the strong accent. I like how they have water and tea for you to drink, since I'm always thirsty after a massage. I do wish that they would have told us to come 15mins later, as the appointment before us ended right at 9 so there was no way they would get the room ready for us at 9. Cleanliness The reception area was clean. The rooms were simple, but i did find dirty towels when i went in. Plus, the sheets they use were quite grimy, so overall i would say there can be an improvement. I wish they would wear a face mask as it doesn't feel clean when your masseuse is coughing or sniffling during the massage. Massage The massage started off alright, about 15mins without the oil. However it got worse...you can tell she didn't know where my knots are so she didn't work on my problem areas. I requested more pressure on my back but lighter everywhere else, but she could not adjust her pressure as requested. At one point, she was sitting on top of me on the table. At another point, she pulled my hair as part of the massage. She rubbed my back so fast that it got itchy. I went with my fiance and he said it was the worst massage he's ever gotten. So clearly it was not a good experience, but i've given them 2 stars as i think the people there were nice.
