  • The most incompetent bank I have known. I have had two accounts with them since mid nineties and their tellers are incapable of a simple job: depositing my checks in a correct account. I have had a total of nine phone calls, including speaking with two supervisors in order to try and resolve the issue. All to no avail. I am closing both, saving and checking accounts. I will never recommend this credit union to anyone.
