  • Ryan has to be the most unprofessional person I've ever met. He came to my house to repair my screen but didn't have all the equipment to complete the job. He left saying he would be back the next morning. I have him a $30 tip and expected to see him to finish fixing my phone. Long story short he kept in contact via my texts, but always had excuses about making it back over. After 5 days of trying he has completely avoided me. I feel robbed and taken advantage of. I will make sure to warn everyone about this incompetent "tech". There are so many cheaper techs that take their job seriously- don't waste your time and take a chance with this 21 yr old kid.
