  • I bought a Groupon for the All out Blow out for $16 instead of the usual $45 which was a great deal. I walked in and all of the girls were friendly, checked in and was taken right away by the stylist to the washing bowl. She did a very fast shampoo (didn't even get the underneath part of my hair wet) and an even faster conditioning treatment then took me back to her station. I pulled up my groupon and inquired if I was getting the hair mask, she said oh I didn't see in the computer which blow dry you got, apologized and took me back to the bowl for the treatment.You would think if she didn't know what service I was getting she would have asked.. The treatment stayed on about 5 minutes, did not get a scalp massage as indicated and then she rinsed it off with hot water and took me back to her station again. I asked for the beachy style and am not sure what I actually ended up with, it wasn't curled and didn't look like what was shown as examples of the beachy style. She tried talking about their products to make a sale but I wasn't interested.. all in all i was disappointed and will not be returning. If I have to come home and fix my hair then its not worth it to even go in the first place.
