I gave this place 3 stars not because of the food, but because customer service. The really short girl who works the register and takes orders has been exceptionally rude the past 2 or 3 times that I have visited. A member of our group had a question about a menu item, and she replied "Haven't you ever been here before??". Why yes, we have, quite a bit actually. But I didn't know that meant we couldn't inquire about the menu.
If she straightens out her attitude, I'll give this place 4 stars. The food is good. The portions are a bit small. I personally like the furikake seared ahi. The chicken katsu is better at #1 Hawaiian BBQ on Lossee though.
