  • Ridiculously awful. We booked the shuttle in advance but still had to wait over an hour at the airport in LV to get picked up. Once the driver finally arrived, he manually wrote down each person's information on a clipboard, which took FOREVER. He also didn't bother counting, so we had more people than seats on the shuttle, and he had to find the extra people's bags at the bottom of the pile in the van so that they could wait for the next shuttle (and who knows how long that took). He then asked each person in the van at least 2 more times where we they going before he even put the key in the ignition. It was about 80 degrees, and he didn't put the AC on or open the windows. All in all we got to our hotel about 2 hours later than we expected. We had already booked and paid for the shuttle for our trip back to the airport, but we paid for a cab just to avoid using this shuttle service and possibly missing our flight.
