| - The very best experience I've had with any plumbing company including handymen, cabinet craftsmen, welders, Ect. USE THEM no matter what. When you find something good, don't let it go. I had 4 toilets installed. Anthony gave me a quick quote that was honored and I had the option of waiting on the install or having it done right away. When they were almost finished and had the 4th toilet in place, they noticed a crack in it. Instead of installing it anyway and just not telling me (therefore leaving me with a faulty toilet I'd eventually need fixed up creating more quotes and fees), they spend time taking the toilet back out and showed me what was wrong with the toilet. I immediately ordered a new one from Ferguson's (also an excellent vendor who recommended Pure Plumbing) and Anthony came back to install it immediately when I was ready for him. He brought Alex with him. They were both extremity professional, they were friendly & outgoing with my admiring/silly son, wore shoe covers, and let me know politely when I needed an extra part. They updated their quote and didn't replace the part until I gave them permission. Anthony noticed residue on my shower head (which he kindly replaced upon my request) and faucets. He mentioned it could be from hard water. I asked him to take a look at my water softener.. (We bought the house a year ago) He pointed out how old it was and that there was absolutely no salt in the tank!! I would have had no idea it wasn't working. Here's the odd & frustrating part: I had previously called Larkin Plumbing a month ago to fix a leak in the water softener. They never even told me the softener wasn't working! Why have the part fixed if it's not even useful??One last crucial thing: NEVER use Always Open Water Heaters. They screwed me over multiple times when we first moved into the house. They ruined my RO system, came back multiple times to "fix" it while charging me for a visit each time, then they ended up throwing it away leaving a hole in my granite counter top and rubber lines hanging under the sink attached to nothing. When the Pure Plumbing guys checked out my water softener, I asked how well my brand new (via Always Open Water Heaters recommendation to purchase from them) water heater was working. After a quick glance at the water heater Anthony chuckled and said "it's not up to code.. There's not even a belt and 3 screws are missing." I'm extremely disappointed that I've wasted time and money with these other companies. Larkin has always gotten the job done when I've called, but they've been nothing in comparison to the professionalism and perfection of Pure Plumbing going above and beyond expectations. The mannerisms of Anthony, Andy, & Alex were wonderful as well. I feel they are very honest.
