  • I was recommended to this guys by our graphic designer after the quality from our current printer become inconsistent. I had high expectations but their cards ended up having their own set of problems - random scratches, smears and drops of spot UV, poorly cut rounded corners. I called and spoke to the owner. He was kind enough to offer to replace the cards but wanted me to try to determine how many had issues. I pulled 10 cards and about half had flaws, but I didn't have time to go through all 1000. I declined to have them reprinted. I figured if they had problems the first time around then why would the second time be any better? I told him I would use the cards for now but would be looking for a new printer again.
