  • Negative review I submitted on 6/21/2010 is no longer posted...Seems strange that the glowing one from 'Anna' posted from 2/19/2010 remains, so it's not by date delete. ( Anna is also the name of the nurse I had negative comment about, coincidence hmmmmm?) Here is my previous review in brief Several things about this practice are not good. One is TRUST, another is the rude, disorganized staff. Very disappointed with them. 1) Front desk staff is very unorganized and not knowledgeable. Poorly trained. There are a lot of young girls passing time, eating and laughing and quite ignorant and unconcerned with what's going on. 2) When asked about getting test result back I was given wrong information. The PA told me it would be in one day, front desk girl said 10 days when I called for the results. She didn't have a clue and didn't bother to actually find out. Had to research it myself and make calls. 3) Some staff are downright rude and ignorant. One such staff is the R.N. Anna. She became irritated and nasty when questioning her about blood test results. Very insensitive and demeaning. Office manager had to step in. 4) The two times there, did NOT see a doctor. I do not recommend this practice. Do your research well when choosing a practice to care for you. Be smart. Be careful.
