  • The best location in my opinion is the charleston and 215 location. Ive been to the one on flamingo and eastern..they did an okay job. But the one i despise going to is russell and rainbow. Everytime i go there i end up with the same lady, (dont remember her name) but usually there is a wait there, last time I went there was last month. I had a lunch date with friends and waited in the lobby for 30 minutes!!! The lady starts doing my eyebrows and she gets a call on her cell phone and picks it up and starts talking!!! I was already beyond pissed off that i was waiting FOREVER and now this lady thinks its "okay" to pick up her phone and start talking while im getting my brows done. Every time i go to that location she has ALWAYS done that, picks up her calls or starts texting. You are running a business here and i am your CLIENT. doesnt matter if im paying 10 dollars or 100. You just dont do that to paying clients. On top of that i am never satisfied with my eyebrows, they never look good when she does it! I only go to this location cause its closest to my house (buffalo and blue diamond) so now i drive all the way to charleston! And honestly, it is soooo worth the drive! I met neilo there and she is GREAT, fast and friendly. Theres also another shaper and i have no idea what her name is but she is also great and fast! I love them and i love that location!!!! I highly reccomend it to everyone! And stay away from russell and rainbow! Bad service! Such a shame and it makes the business look bad, i dont care if shes the owner or WHATEVER. BE PROFESSIONAL!!
