Not rating on the product, just the management team and franchisee.
My son is still waiting for his W-2 form from this company. The manager, Sally, has been uncooperative. The franchisee, Jennifer, has not returned a single phone call of his although he has left numerous messages. Her phone message says she won't answer calls from unknown people. Seriously? You own a business...deal with it. It shouldn't be this difficult.
