  • Our air conditioning unit conked out on Saturday afternoon and the home warranty company said we would be waiting until Monday to get someone out!! Well, the company they gave me was CNN and I called and explained our dilemma and Nicholas, the owner was understanding and dispatched a technician to us on Sunday!!! The technician was super knowledgeable and was able to fix the unit quite quickly. Our experience with CNN was nothing short of fabulous and we will be using them on a personal basis to do maintenance checks on our heating and air conditioning from here on in. We found the best way to contact them is message through Yelp......phone is not very reliable and sometimes does not take messages. But message through Yelp worked great and response was super fast"
