  • This is my lowest rating I've ever given an establishment. Two stars! Everything about this place speaks to terrible customer service: from the cash only to the uncomfortable seats to the terrible staff attitude to the wifi kicking you out every hour. I love indie cafes and I really want to like this place but the service is so damn awful every time that it takes me months to get back in there again. It's a pity because they have decent baked goods from Sidewalk Citizen and okay tea from Mighty Leaf. I just can't deal with the attitude. I've met the owner a couple of times and he's the worst of the bunch - rude, bored, and probably the centre of the rotten attitude. Do yourself a favour and stay away.
