  • arrogant, unprofessional, disinterested sales people. We were treated poorly on 3 consecutive visits - basically treated as if we should be extremely humbled and grateful that they'd deign to sell us an Audi. We didn't buy one - went across the street to Mercedes. Far better service and professionalism.
