  • Embassy Suites! I keep having these terrible experiences but I keep giving them another chance. In DC, it was the worst experience I ever had. In Phoenix it was equally disappointing. The condition of the room particularly the bathroom...well pictures speak louder than words. At $225 a night I EXPECT BETTER! The rooms need to be overhauled, updates at this point are imperative really and I am an Honors member. No more Embassy Suites for me! To be fair, the food - room service was pretty decent.
