  • My fiance and I decided to go with Camelback Moving because of all the great reviews we saw on-line. Our first impressions were great. We had Eric S., Eli and Richard doing our move. They showed up at the end of the window of time that they were supposed to be there, and started moving promptly. Everything I had was boxed and ready to go. They even complimented how organized I was. It took them two hours to get everything out of our 3rd story apartment. Man were they quick! We made sure they had food and water, sodas, etc and they seemed grateful. Now, lets get into where it went bad. At the end of them loading our apartment they tell us that their 2nd job of the day got canceled, which we thought nothing of until we got to our destination. It took them 4 hours to unload the truck and they didn't even have stairs to go up! Really?! One guy was texting every time he brought a load up (which happened to be the guy that broke my nice set of Martini Glasses), and when I told the foreman of the job that he wasn't working, his response was, "he has worked 9 days in a row, so we are taking it easy on him". Well I didn't pay for 3 guys to only have 2 of them working! It was frustrating that they took their sweet time since they had nothing else to do for the rest of the day. They even told me that unloading would be quicker than packing the truck! So all in all it was a very frustrating experience and I won't use this moving company again unless they change the way their movers perform.
