  • Never again! Bought a Groupon and gifted another couldn't use either because there were details that were not disclosed about when we could come to the shop. Whomever it was I traded text messages with is an absolute horror! Presumably the owner! Rude, and arrogant. Told me it was my fault for not reading the fine print, so I went back and verified... No fine print about days and times. Now I'm out the money for both because Groupon won't refund it and apparently neither will this place! Never again!!! I'll forward to Sugar Me Wax! Great price and they're friendly! Give me my money back for these purchases!
