  • Terrible office - so incompetent and the blatant disregard of the workers to "do the right thing" is incredible. At some point when no answers have been given to the client the next best option should be to consult with a supervisor. No not the purple-haired arrogant SSA rep who took it upon herself to just CLOSE THE WINDOW without resolving my questions. I mean - come on, even if SHE didn't the know the answer you would think that she would have a fringe of natural intelligence to find someone who COULD provide an answer. Waited FOREVER to get to the window only to have the RUDE nasty purple-haired black woman refuse management information. Someone needs to put her back on her leash.
