Our first contact was with the branch manager Jameil Palmer by telephone. He answered all of the questions he could and said he would call us back after he investigated our needs in more details. We were surprised to get a same day call back with the exact information and details we needed. We were very happy with the customer service that he provided.
The next day we went into the bank and met with Oscar Garcia personal banker. We gave him a little history and he said that he would be happy to assist us. Once again to our surprise, we didn't get the typical run around that usually happens at banks, Oscar made sure that we were able to complete everything that we came in for. The banking experience at Chase was a very pleasant one and to my complete satisfaction and that was due to Mr Palmer and Mr Garcia. I only wish all banks had employees that our passionate about excellent customer service.
