These guys know what they're doing. They hand roll and bake fresh, amazing bagels 7 days a week. The bagels are made the way they are supposed to be ~ chewy on the outside, a bit softer on the inside.
The bagel flavors are the range you expect - salt, sesame, poppy seed, everything - but they also have more unusual flavors like rosemary. The shmears are all the regulars, plus exciting flavors like my favorite: Thyme, Black Pepper, Horseradish.
When we visited the store we saw both owners and a couple of employees rolling bagels in the kitchen. The woman at the register said the owners work hard - 7 days a week. I appreciate that commitment to great bagels!
