We adopted a pup here this week. The shelter was extremely overcrowded- it was a sad sight- BUT the staff and volunteers here were amazing and are doing everything they can to save dogs' lives on a shoestring budget. I highly recommend coming here to look for a new pet before going to another rescue organization. We took home a gorgeous pup who is an amazing cuddle bug. Anyone complaining about the condition of the shelter would do so much more good by shutting their mouths and putting their hands to work- bring them needed supplies, donate money, go down there and volunteer, trap and sterilize feral animals. Complaining that they have to euthanize due to lack of space helps nothing.
