We enjoyed the 7-course tasting menu and the wine pairing. The appetizer and main dishes were absolutely wonderful: Superbly layered flavors and beautiful presentation. I substituted the cucumber gazpacho for course #1 and it was amazing. Also wonderful: The prosciutto and melon, the red snapper, and the steak. The other courses were fair-to-good. The weakest was the White Russian milkshake, which tasted like refrigerator (not so fresh).
The wine pairings ($40 option) were well selected and generously poured. Very generously. I think I'd skip the wine pairing next time and just choose 1-2 glasses myself, but for someone who enjoys a lot of wine, the pairing option would truly enhance the experience.
