  • I don't understand the hype with this place. There's just way too many options and choices for me to choose, I simply can't justify the 45 minute wait for a beverage. Sure they offer less sugar or less ice, but every single place I've bought bbt I've never had a problem with asking for less ice and sugar. So there's really nothing to draw me back to this place. Especially if I have to wait more than 15 minutes for a take out beverage. It's actually quite funny for one of my friends, he walked over to Starbucks in the nearby T&T plaza, drank his hot coffee, had a cigarette, walked back to Chatime and I was STILL waiting for my drink. I think I'll join him at Starbucks next time.
