  • Save your time and take the business elsewhere. I had 3 Cadillac before, CTS, SRX and Escalade. Recently want buy a 2016 new model Escalade ESV from this dealer. The representative said the car will be ready by the time I get there. And when I called them 10 minutes before the appointment time since I'm only 10 minutes away, the representative said I have to show my face first? Are you joking? Called the sales manager right after, and found out that representative Alison never even communicate with any sales and car was at another dealer and they never pulled car out and will not able to do that for couple hours? She is such a lair, no one has time to waste like her since her low profile. Took my business same day at Arrowhead Cadillac and bought my new model Escalade ESV there. Save your time and let other dealer around valley make the money. They will be out of business soon!!!
