| - I only spent one evening in this hotel prior to taking a flight out of phoenix sky harbor the next morning. My experience was good there were a few hiccups when we arrived to check-in the girl at the counter couldn't get logged in and had to call for help. So we waited a few extra minutes before we could check-in this was no big deal to me and I didn't say anything to prompt what she did next which was a welcome surprise and excellent customer service, she gave me two free vouchers for their daily breakfast because of the wait.
The breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, corned beef hash, cereal, breads, fruits, yogurts, etc. It was $7 per person I think if we had, had to pay and if we had, had to pay I'm not sure I would have not that it was poorly cooked or anything it was just not a typical breakfast for me and I prefer my breakfast cooked to order.
We talked about swimming or sitting in the hot tub we didn't end up doing either partly 'cause it didn't fit in our schedule partly because the pool was a lime green color.
The rooms aren't large but are fine and comparable to other hotels in the price range in this area. The size is sufficient if you don't plan on living in it. Also the hotel is within walking distance of the light rail. The majority of the parking is in the parking garage on 3rd next to another hotel so be sure to leave your bags with the desk or another traveler before finding parking as the walk back to the hotel isn't a short distance but not an extremely long distance without luggage with luggage it might seem really long.
I would and most likely will stay at this hotel again all hiccups aside the customer service was excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bad was minimal in the grand scheme of things in my opinion.
