  • I must say...I am coming back for the service more so than the food. I came to shinya for the first time and I wasn't too sure on how to order Ramen correctly, but the supervisor, Karen? I think it was Karena helped me and explained the menu wonderfully. My food did come out incorrectly; however, she was very quick to get the issue fixed right away. I've never seen a supervisor work hand in hand with their severs like she does. She possesses a great deal of professionalism and is so personable with her guests. She really made me feel comfortable and I am looking forward to coming back again !
