  • Disappointing! Frustrating! Waste of time! This is how I will start this review! I am new to Vegas and needed a new dentist. I'd been experiencing some major pain since Sunday night. By Tuesday it's gotten so bad, I wasn't sleeping and had issues eating. I'd also had to call in sick from work because it hurt too bad to talk. I immediately went on to the internet to look for a good dentist; not just to help me with the pain, but also as my lifelong dentist! I found many in my area and looked at reviews for most of them, finally settling on Crestview. The reviews were awesome and people were happy! I called them and they were able to get me in that afternoon. There are some great things about this office such as the cleanliness of the office and the receptionists are nice but once I got into the back, that is when things fell apart! The dentist asked me where the pain was. I told them that it felt as if the bottom teeth was where the pain was but I was also feeling pain on my top as well. The dentist did 1 X-ray of my bottom tooth, gave me a short exam, and then told me it was because I grind my teeth! He told me that I should buy a mouth guard but still come back to get my teeth cleaned and oh, don't forget to do those jaw exercises and massage your jaw, this well help. I got instructions on how and what to do for this. He also gave me ibpropherin for the pain. I went out to the front, made my follow up appointment for 2 weeks from then and I was on my way. That night the pain got so much worse. I couldn't sleep, eat, or even go back to work. I called them again to see if they could do an x-ray on my top teeth where the pain was also coming from. The receptionist said that she would have to talk to the Dr. but he was in surgery and would call me back. By 1pm I still hadn't heard back from them so I called. I was told they could not see me until the next day and I had to continue doing the exercises prescribed the day before. I asked if they could give me enough medicine to get me through to the next day and was told no, they would not, at least until I went through pain management. I went so far as to beg for some relief or help or even to be seen earlier just to ease the constant tooth ache I was feeling. Nope! They weren't willing! Once off the phone with them, I said forget it. I don't want to use Crestview if this is how they treat their patients. I can understand having no openings until the next day, but do something! PLEASE! It seems they don't care and have now lost my business.
