  • I was going to wait until after our 2nd visit to write this review however it turns out there will not be a returning visit so I will be writing this review based on the service and over the phone service that I received. I bought 4 Groupon vouchers for this location after checking reviews. Before buying I always make sure I read the fine print that it does not say "new customers only" OR "first visit only". None of this was in the fine print so I went ahead and bought 4. I called in December to make a reservation in January, I made sure to tell them I had vouchers and requested to get a couples room. They said that was fine. Jump to the day of our reservation, the location is upstairs and it is a very small space with 1 large couples room and 1 or 2 separate rooms. We were told that there is another couple in the room and that they bought more time. We were told they would be done in a half an hour, she would give me a call to come over. After killing some time at the Starbucks across the street I called them after half an hour. She told me they were not finished and she would call me. I would say after an hour I believe had passed we had finally had enough and decided to wait at the centre instead. I was pretty ticked off that she did not do anything to make us feel better about double booking clients. After getting settled into the beds, I realize that it is the lady/receptionist who is giving my massage. The massage was good minus the parts where she was doing this pinching motion up and down my body. Was she a trained massage therapist? I'm not sure. Near the end the towels they used felt really grainy and used. My BF I can tell enjoyed his massage and I'm glad he did. The massages were good and I was glad to have tried them. Now fast forward to this week when I tried to make a reservation for the last 2 vouchers. I called them and was told that our 2 vouchers were not valid because it was first visit only. I told her the fine print did not say so, she said we were told at our last visit. We were not told. So I told her I will request a refund from Groupon then since we could not use our vouchers and she said okay. Refund then call back and we have special for couples 60 mins $98. I replied with I'll see. She said Okay bye bye. I made sure to send them an email to let them know to update their Groupon page fine print. I got a reply saying "Thank you for understanding. We will make sure to update." No apologies for the inconvenience, no accommodation for helping us to use our vouchers with them. They simply did not care. I emailed Groupon and they offered to get the vender to honour the vouchers I've bought, however I requested to get a refund. I'd rather not have them half assing our massages and causing any harm. Kudos to Groupon for being the bigger person.
