  • My 1st order was 7 mens shirts and even after reviewing their pricelist with their manager, which is quite spendy, they over charged me for every shirt except one. I'm not sure why but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought in two men's suits. They overcharged me, according to their printed pricelist, for both suits. Now none of these suits or shirts are any special exotic fabric or have ever required anything out of the ordinary at any other cleaners. At the same time I dropped off the suits, I brought in a down comforter to be cleaned. Again they charged more for that then they had quoted me when I dropped it off. I'm not one to quibble about a dollar here or a dollar there but all in this amounted to about $40. I had a conversation about it with their very smug manager who mentioned a couple of times that their clientele is very affluent. Which is interesting since I would guess I would fall into that category however I don't fall into the category of stupidity or being treated like a chump. Beware of these guys. There are a lot of good cleaners especially at the rates they charge.
