rev:text	I am always cautiously optimistic when I try something new... whether it be a new restaurant, a new business, or in this case, a new CrossFit gym. When I first considered WADBOD and came to talk with John Juadines, its owner and trainer, I was initially surprised by not only his friendliness and lack of pretense, but also the friendliness of the members who were working out on that particular evening. Each person I met introduced him or herself to me and talked briefly about what he or she loved about WADBOD. I then had the opportunity to observe part of a workout, and I was even more taken in by the fact that all of these members, though working hard, were taking the time to cheer for one another and give high-fives. At the end of the workout, the members, with John at the helm, took time to reflect on a question and share their thoughts with one another. John was having everyone exercise their brains as well as their bodies. Fast forward over a year later: Joining WADBOD was one of the best decisions I have made. My initial wonderment of the WADBOD world-- was what I saw real, all the time?-- has been replaced with a calm contentment of belonging to a place that is truly safe, welcoming, supportive, judgment-free and ego-free. It really is like family. John takes pride in every aspect of WADBOD and, without a doubt, provides the highest level of instruction, guidance, and support to members of all ages and fitness levels. He is patient, he is inspiring, he is kind, and the members of WADBOD are second to none. You will not find a better box anywhere!
