| - This place was the worst! I had such high hopes for this place since all of the sports bars are so crowded and I found out upon arrival that this is a Browns Backers bar! Where to begin. They have a separate room in the back for the Browns games on Sunday's which is awesome. I, however, was with friends who wanted to watch other games as well. Seeing as the place was not super packed, and I could identify 2 different small TV's that no one was watching (I even asked around), I asked one of the very nice servers if we could get the Browns game on in the main room as well. Her immediate response was no, but I explained that there were two TV's not being watched. She said she would ask and when she went to the bar, some bitchy bartender was immediately shaking her head no. I went to speak with her an explain that there were TVs not being watched and without even listening to me she kept shaking her head no and telling me no, not an option. Ok, so I can get over that even though they had no good reason. I sit down with my 6 friends to order. I split wings with my friend who we asked if we could have all wings and no drums and also asked for them to be extra crispy. Not too crazy right? The waitress said she would find out. When she came back she gave us a regular order of wings. We explained to her that we were looking for all wings and that we wanted them extra crispy. She looked irritated and said, "ok, but Ill have to ask." Well didn't you do that in the first place? She came back yet again with the wings extra crispy but still not all wings just a regular order. One of the people at our table put her order of wings in maybe 5 minutes after ours. My husband got a sandwich with fries, and another person at our table asked for extra sauce for his wings. The extra sauce and fries came about 20 minutes later, after having to remind her twice. We had to ask for side plates for the wings we were sharing which also took another 10 minutes. By the time we got to eat things were cold. The person who ordered her wings 5 minutes after us never got her food. When we brought it to our severs attention she said "oops I never put it in" She apologized and said it would be taken off the bill. It should be since she waited 45 minutes to eat. So we asked for the manager after all of this. Explained everything that we had experienced. He was the owner and honestly, this was the poorest excuse of management I had ever seen. He told me that the reason the bartender was rude when I asked to change a TV was because they just had some other angry Pittsburgh fans in there that cursed them out because they wouldn't change a TV for them. So that is why she was so rude to me. Seriously, you're telling me that's okay? Just made an excuse that's all. Then he actually told us that the reason our service was so bad was because our waitress was terrible and she was not going to last long anyways! I couldn't believe it. He offered to buy us a round of shots and we really didn't want any, so he said a couple pitchers of beer which we were okay with. We told the waitress and she never brought the beer. We asked about the beer about 20 minutes later and she said, "oh, I just took a pitcher off your bill." So how does that make sense since we were all on separate checks. In my calculations, a round of shots on the bar could have easily been $40 or more for the six of us but we were cool with 2 $7 pitchers which still didn't happen. Then to make things worse, the person who was supposed to have her wings taken off of her bill they were not. We were clearly all fed up with this place and just wanted out of there. She even paid for her wings just to get out of there quicker. The owner could tell we were extremely upset and came over once again to tell us how terrible our server was and that it was all her fault! I cant believe this place. I would never go back, Browns bar or not. Actually, none of us would go back. We walked right across the street to Prosciutto s which is an awesome place who immediately got us some beers and the games on we wanted to watch on TVs. To top it all off, Paddy's floors were absolutely disgusting, as were their bathrooms and all over the bar they had handwritten apologies for how gross the place was. The wings I'll admit were not bad (definitely not that good) but all of the other food was terrible. Management alone would keep me out of this place.
