  • I wouldn't even give this place a one star. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I researched nail salons in the area looking for a Pink & White Fill. On the website the pricing said it was $23 for a Pink & White Fill & $40 for a Pink & White Full Set. I sat in the chair and told her I wanted a Pink & White Fill and she started taking one of my nails off and said I think it would be better if I did a full set cause this one was lifting. I said well I guess since you already took it off. Also, did not tell me it was a $5 charge to not soak but rip my acrylic nails off my actual nails. It was very painful and if I am gonna be charged to take my nails off you better do it the right way. Also they were using dirty equipment which is not allowed. Then they tried to tell me it was $45 for a Pink & White Full Set and I proceeded to show the owners it says on the website $40. They said "We have been meaning to change that" I was then like change it! I looked up the pricing before I arrived and if it's not the same that's false advertising. Also she riped off my nails before telling me it was a $5 charge. I have all the tools at my house to rip them off like she did. My experience continued to get worse so I walked out and went to another nail salon to finish my nails
