  • These guys are supposed to be experts. They are far from it. I called to have them make a simple adjustment on a hangar door. Two guys came and had no clue. One was on the phone for an hour talking to "the hangar door expert." After dicking around and then coming back again the next day, the door was in worse adjustment and I got a bill for over $800! I was outraged. Later I read the service manual (something these guys apparently didn't bother doing) and learned how to set the limit switches. Then I discovered that the underlying problem was 2 loose set screws on the timing chain sprocket. Now it is fine after 5 minutes of my doing it right. What happened to the days that service people actually knew what they are doing? Avoid this company like the plague. I am very disappointed.
