  • Oh man where to start. Let's start with the parking issues this company took months to fix. I guess my complex used to have a dedicated towing company but since First Service took over we didn't have one anymore. I was so sick of random people parking in my spots, that I pay for, that I finally contacted the city of Tempe to help out. Second. I notified First Service that I have a sagging roof on my patio, which according to the CC&R's any exterior work has to be done through First Service. I notified FS over a year ago and nothing has been done. I studied the laws for the AZ Landlord Tenant act which states that they have 10 days from notification to repair items such as that before I can go hire someone myself and charge FS for it. I notified First Service that I've finally filed a official complaint with the BBB and will follow up with legal action if they choose to not follow through with their legal obligations to the property. Because of course as usual, they didn't respond. I just came home from a week of vacation to find a huge pile of gravel in my extra parking spot (which I pay for). I called my landlord to see if he was asked if they could take up the space, of course they didn't and they didn't bother to notify any of the residents. This whole last year has been one of the worst experience I've had with a management company, they just don't seem to care about anyone at all! -Horrible parking enforcement -Notification was left on my door after 7:45am letting me know they needed my patio emptied off for power washing (I was already at work) they went ahead and power washed with all my stuff on the patio and made sure they power washed the ashes in my BBQ tray, spraying it all over my entire patio -Taped all my windows to paint, came back a week later to actually paint -Painted my front door while I was at work (door was painted shut) -Notified them several times about sagging roof on patio - ignored me and my requests for repair -Notified them of broken down shed on patio, was informed by their pest guy that damage is from termites (which is their responsibility) - Of course they've ignored this like all other request -Came home to my parking spot full of gravel - asked to have it removed two days ago, I've heard nothing. No regard for anyone living at any of the complexes they work for. I will make sure when I buy my place that this company has nothing to do with it. If my HOA ever wanted to hire them I would probably sell my place.
