Upon returning to pick up my vehicle which I dropped of for routine service, I noticed the FIrestone technician had parked it in a handicapped parking space in front of the building.
I spoke to the store manager 'Shawn' about this and my concerns about receiving a parking citation but more importantly preventing a disable person from lawfully parking there. He basically blew me off by stating they "own" the parking space if I had received a parking citation they would have paid for it. Not the professionalism one would expect from a company like Firestone.
Unsatisfied with the store manager's flippant response, I personally contacted the regional manager for Firestone stores in the area. He apologized for the mishap and the unprofessional response by Shawn and promised to coach Shawn regarding his poor customer service skills.
Not a place I want to business with in the future.
