  • What a lovely spa. It was literally a few blocks away from my hotel on St Suplice. If you go before 9 AM you get the early bird special and the massages are $90. Ask for Frederic. He was incredible and listens to what your body needs. I had some pain from a recent hip surgery and instead of giving me one of those nice, soft, relaxing Sleepytime massages, he knew my body needed to be worked. He also gave me some great exercises to help for afterward. He started my vacation weekend off perfectly so now I can walk everywhere and explore like I planned to. There are several pools to choose from by utilizing the hot and cold exchange. They also have a dry and wet sauna but what I really enjoyed the most was the stress free relaxation room. It's dark with soft lights and these large bean bag type beds. You literally go in there and just meditate or sleep. There was something comforting about that kind of relaxation and quiet in a room full of strangers. I definitely recommend this spa.
