  • A friend suggested meet for lunch and mentioned 595 Craft and Kitchen. After checking out the excellent yelp reviews and noticing they have a nice selection of craft beers on tap, we agreed to meet her there. Located in a strip mall, lots of parking, seating at the bar, tables or high tops. Our server, Tristan, was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining that all the food dishes were prepared fresh only after the customer orders since everything the kitchen prepares is ordered daily. We ordered two Pork Belly Bahn Mi sandwiches, a Chicken Bahn Mi and Veggie Spring Rolls-everything was flavorful, fresh and very tasty! I asked Tristan for some beer suggestions and she sold me on the Occidental Dunkel, which was very nice with lunch-smooth and perfect with my Pork Belly Bahn Mi! They also had Coca-Cola products which is a definite plus with my wife, who must have a Coke with her meals! Looking forward to going again and checking out more of their food and beers!
